Neighborhood Improvements for Better Living Corp (NIBLC), incorporated in June 2006, originally started as a community-based organization to protect the citizens of Midway from political influences that could change the livelihood of individuals. Within the first few years, the organization focused on providing food to the citizens of Midway, providing food items to those in need, and partnering with local grocery stores to provide everyday staples. Over time, it transformed into a broader service organization.
For over 18 years, NIBLC has continued to serve the Gadsden County community and the Big Bend area. Gadsden County is a prominent minority community with various small rural areas in Florida.
